The annual clear recycling bag delivery across Colchester will be starting in August. Each of the 75,000 households that receives a kerbside paper & plastics collection will receive one roll of 62 clear bags for recycling.
Residents needing clear recycling bags prior to the delivery should order online here, and collect from one of the local community stockists.
The roll of clear bags will be delivered in August and September. Residents are asked to note that the bags may not be delivered on their normal collection day.

Cllr Martin Goss, Colchester City Council Portfolio Holder for Neighbourhoods and Waste said: “We know our residents are keen to recycle as much as possible. Despite the budget pressures the council is facing at the moment, we are continuing to make that as easy as possible by delivering an annual free roll of clear recycling bags for paper and plastics."
