High Woods Country Park has launched its exciting programme of summer activities for 2022.
The new programme, run by Colchester Borough Council, includes a series of Ranger led tours that will give visitors a rare insight into the wildlife of High Woods Country Park, Westlands Country Park and Gosbecks Archaeological Park, alongside pond dipping at Salary Brook Nature Reserve and Fishing for Beginners sessions.
Bat Walks are also taking place in High Woods Country Park and Colchester Cemetery, where you will also have the chance to use bat detection equipment to help you listen to the sounds these animals make.
