Step back in time and immerse yourself in a night of intrigue and suspense at Colchester Castle's highly anticipated Murder Mystery Night! Join us on Saturday 8 March for an unforgettable evening filled with vitriol, vendettas, and vestal virgins, all set against the atmospheric backdrop of Europe's largest Norman keep.

Don your togas (optional) and get ready to brush up your detective skills as you navigate a devilish plot set in Ancient Egypt, 55AD. The Emperor Nero has been invited to Queen Cleopatra’s annual Festival of Drunkenness, but a sinister plot is afoot!

With bubbles and nibbles to get your detective skills working and a bar available throughout the evening, this event promises a night of passion, poison, pyramids and most importantly fun!

Cllr Natalie Sommers, Portfolio Holder for Communities, Heritage and Public Protection said: “We’re thrilled to host this unique event at Colchester Castle. With limited spaces now remaining I’d encourage people to head online to book their tickets to ensure they don’t miss out on this action-packed night of mystery and intrigue!”

Tickets are £37.50 per person and the event is restricted to those aged 18 and over.
