Colchester Castle is excited to host a series of Mad Science sessions over the Easter holidays.
Children are invited to join Colchester Castle’s resident mad scientist for some mind-blowing magic sessions from the 12-14 April.
You can discover how magicians use science to amaze their audiences and look on as chemical reactions, impossible feats of physics and even some mind manipulation take place before your very eyes! You can even learn how these tricks are achieved, and then have a go at fooling your friends and family with your new-found skills.

In addition to the science sessions, Colchester Museums have plenty more fun planned to entertain the children. From one of the best sleepovers, on the 2 April, at Colchester Castle, to Easter crafts, fossil crafts, an Ice Age drop-in session, special tours of the Castle and wonderful storytelling sessions.
